Third party messages: Not guilty all charges...went from 8 charges, 5 not guilty, to three charges some discussion two not guilty to a 4-2 (?) vote for not guilty on the final charge 'wiretapping phone'.  Cellphone camera or audio recording?  At any rate, the two were persuaded to vote not guilty.  Congrats.  But something tells me these guys will be back in a courtroom in Mass. before long.

It has been in the juries hands for the past couple of hours so I guess the boys didn't have much in the way of either showing video or calling witnesses.  Good luck and best wishes.

Amazed you got a camera into OUR COURT. The whole purpose of court security IMHO is to make sure no one films or records them.

Supeona cop films? What a joke. Cope films disappear when it incriminates them. It's the way the corrupt system works.

Since when the F is "policy" the law? And even if there were a law it would be an evil, unconstitutional, non-law. Cops lie. Cops lie all the time. Cops lie even when the truth would suffice. These guys have balls. KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS

A good report from Day 1 of the trial.  Good luck boys, I assume it will go to the jury this morning unless you have a lot of witnesses to call or videotape to show.  I am never optimistic.
