2 cops fired over videotaped brutal beating reinstated

On Tuesday, a panel of civil service hearing officers ordered that two officers who were fired after a highly-publicized beating in April 2009 in LoDo be reinstated to their jobs with back pay, 9Wants to Know has learned from city officials. Denver's acting manager of safety disagrees with the decision and the city attorney is expected to appeal.
