After the ten-year battle ending in the Texas State Supreme Court in 1996 resulted in a not guilty verdict for Dr. Burzynski—the Texas Medical Board is making another dangerous attempt at shutting him down. On April 11, 2012, the Texas Medical Board will try to revoke Dr. Burzynski's medical license, resulting in the closure of his clinic, the abandonment of all his patients, and risking any possibility of Antineoplastons gaining FDA-approval.
