In other words, what they will ultimately find out is that you can easily make just about any chemical from just about any common household chemicals... if you only know how. This will make it so that Government can control everything that you do in life, just so that there isn't any chance that anyone makes some kind of illegal chemical. So, it has turned out that it is science has given dictatorial control over to Government.
