The “war on drugs” didn’t begin with Richard Nixon. It is an outgrowth of a 1961 United Nations document called the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which created the framework for a global drug prohibition jihad.

We wouldn't want to undermine any treaties that the United States has with the U.M., now, would we? So keep the marijuana off the air force bases, out of the hands of military personnel, and off all lands that have been ceded to the United States by Colorado and Washington, and maybe off of national forests and wildernesses and parks. And no interstate commerce with any of it so it doesn't fall under any Commerce clause.

And while we're at it, kick the UN out of the States.

Get it? The States are NOT the United States. So let them have their stupid treaties.
