untested for years in Texas can now be analyzed, thanks to an $11
million budget appropriation earmarked for the Texas Department of
Public Safety.
All the money on the world for drug busts, prostitution stings and gambling raids . . . but nothing for violent crime unless it is against one of our own or the legiscritters decide to give us some loot---and even then maybe it will be spent on something more important to us.
