High-speed Internet access coming to the moon

Laser just got cooler. After three years of development, researchers from NASA and MIT are set to debut the moon Internet. It sounds a tad spacey, but this technology uses lasers to transmit data to and from the moon resulting in super-fast Internet speed,  "the test apparently achieved upload speeds of 19.44 megabits per second and download speeds of 622 megabits per second over the 384,633km between earth and the moon."
