Slow Internet: U.S. Still Trails in Global Connection Speeds
• mainstreet.comLatvia and Finland are comparative Internet super powers, seeing quarterly performance gains of over 10% -- and landing in the top ten fastest Web browsing countries, along with the Czech Republic, which saw speeds drop nearly 2% in one quarter, but still beat the U.S. to the finish line with an average connection speed of 11.2 Mbps.
