The documents include the transcript of an interview Darren Wilson did with authorities the day after he fatally shot Michael Brown.

The documents also include the findings from two autopsies, interviews with witnesses and police radio traffic from the night of the shooting. The documents include a full transcript from the grand jury proceedings. 

St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Bob McCulloch said the jury of nine whites and three blacks met on 25 separate days over three months, hearing more than 70 hours of testimony from about 60 witnesses, including three medical examiners and experts on blood, toxicology and firearms.
