Former Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson hosted a "Leadership Summit" sponsored by The Blaze on Friday where GOP presidential candidates were questioned by the popular news presenter.

Donald Trump didn't participate in the event, but former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy all took part in the summit.

During the interviews, Carlson highlighted why he's so popular among American citizens by holding the candidates' feet to the fire and refusing to lob softball questions.
