I'm a narcissistic sociopath - here's how to protect yourself from people like me
• Daily MailThe 26-year-old woman, who goes only by the name Delta, claimed she was professionally diagnosed as a malignant narcissist, which is a type of person who finds joy in controlling others.
She continued to explain that this type of disorder is the most dangerous kind and choose to share safety tips in hope of helping the public.
Delta explained that if you want to avoid being humiliated and abused by a malignant narcissist, you should avoid contact if possible or take steps to eliminate their hold over your emotions.
@dammitdelta "Malignant narcissism" isn't an official diagnosis. It's a terminology used to describe a specific type of narcissism/sociopathy that involves high levels of aggression, violent tendencies, sadism, and paranoia. My technical diagnosis is antisocial personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder. Fun fact: there used to be something called sadistic personality disorder. It was included in the DSM-III and later removed from the DSM due to the diagnosis being used in court to plead insanity and excuse criminal activity. I personally believe it to be a defining feature of malignant narcissism since people with ASPD and NPD are not inherently sadistic (though it is common). #dammitdelta #antisocialpersonalitydisorder #narcissisticpersonalitydisorder #narcissisticsociopath #npd #aspd #narctok #narcissist #malignantnarcissist #complextrauma #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters ? original sound - DELT?
