Equal justice under the law requires transparency, not cherry-picked prosecutions, not scripted media narratives, and not political protection for the powerful. If there is an investigation, the American people deserve to know it exists. If there isn't, then the DOJ must explain why they refuse to act. The longer they hide behind silence, the louder the demand for truth will become.
