America's wokest magazine fires half its staff after publishing notorious pro-antifa, anti-white
• https://www.dailymail.co, By ALEX HAMMERHalf the staff at Teen Vogue have been laid off as the publication is being absorbed into the brand's main title.
The magazine and website will be folded into Vogue.com after 22 years, publisher Condé Nast confirmed in a statement Monday.
The publication will continue to focus on 'career development, cultural leadership and other issues that matter most to young people' as 'a distinct editorial property' on the Vogue website, the statement said.
Teen Vogue's top editor, Versha Sharma, will be 'leaving the company' as a result, the statement said. Chloe Malle, Vogue's new head of editorial content, will now oversee it in her place.
Another six staffers were also laid off, a statement from Condé Union said, noting that nearly all the affected employees 'identify as LGBTQ.'
'Most' of the axed staffers 'are BIPOC women or trans,' the union added.
Teen Vogue has earned a reputation for its progressive coverage, including a piece promoting antifa and another urging young readers to 'talk to your family and friends about politics' and 'use your privilege as a white person to protect people of color.
Other controversial stories included 'A Guide to Anal Sex' and an explainer that discussed the benefits of communism.
Anarchism also got the Teen Vogue treatment in 2018 with the headline: 'Anarchy: What It Is and Why Pop Culture Loves It.'
A recent feature blamed colonialism on the belief that, at the time, 'nothing mattered more than the currency in a white man's pocket.'
In March, Teen Vogue put Elon Musk's transgender daughter, Vivian Wilson, on its cover.
In an accompanying profile, Wilson slammed her father as 'a pathetic man-child' and the Trump administration as 'cartoonishly evil.'
The magazine launched in 2003 and was developed under the guidance of longtime Vogue and Condé Nast chief Anna Wintour.
The legendary fashion editor revealed in June that she was stepping down as Vogue's editor-in-chief after 37 years.
