She has sued two more influencers, Sam Parker and Elijah Schaffer, making similar allegations. In the case of Elijah Schaffer, he merely posted a photo of Wilkins with Patel, without any words, in response to a post of a woman who boasted: "Mossad sent female operatives deep into Iran – seducing top officials, infiltrating government surveillance networks, and carrying out sabotage missions."
Schaffer's lawyer, Oneir Llopiz, said that he's "never seen a lawsuit like this," describing it as a textbook SLAPP suit, or strategic lawsuit against public participation. "It's very troubling when government officials' girlfriends are suing members of the media for posting third party comments," he said.

Defendant Kyle Seraphin claimed that the Binnall Law Group, led by Jesse R Binnall, filed the suit against him. Seraphin claimed that Binnall is also the president of the Kash Foundation, making it clear that Kash Patel, not as the FBI director, but in his personal capacity, is behind the lawsuits.

FBI Director Kash Patel has come under extreme scrutiny for failing to release the Epstein files despite his promises. He has also been criticized for crushing efforts by Tulsi Gabbard's closest advisor, Joe Kent, the head of the National Counterterrorism Center, to see if a foreign power was involved in Charlie Kirk's assassination.

The Economic Times reported that Candace Owens (and others) have criticized Patel for his handling of the assassination case and claim that Tyler Robinson is being set up as a patsy. She presented door cam footage showing a woman with the shooter. She has alleged FBI mishandling and a potential ADL influence on the investigation. Owens also questioned the FBI's decision to send Connecticut agents to Utah. Critics have also questioned the veracity of the claim, backed by the FBI, that the weapon used to kill Kirk was a 30-06 Mauser M 98 bolt-action rifle that would have caused far more damage than the wound on Charlie's neck. 

It was reported recently that Kash Patel was using the FBI jet to visit Wilkins in Tennessee during the government shutdown. Patel lives in Las Vegas with billionaire GOP donor Michael Muldoon at Muldoon's home and Kyle Seraphin raised questions about the relationship. He also repeated a rumor that Patel is partying more than working. He believes that Patel is behind Wilkins' lawsuits.
