There are two things you need can do about this. 1) Call all your owned firearms private property; list them as such. You can do this if you have the purchase receipt showing that it is yours. 2) Don't comply with government. | When/if you are arrested, you have the right to a public trial. Since your firearms are not firearms, because you have them listed as private property, at the trial, make sure that they are noted as such - private property. When anybody in government or law enforcement calls them firearms, get him/her on the stand and question where they get the ownership of your private property to call it something else. | Most attorneys won't work it like this for you. But if they do, they can be shut down by the judge. This means 2 things: 1) Stand as a man/woman, unrepresented, even by yourself; 2) Use paralegal help, even though you do all the speaking in court. | Apply this to all your private property that government tries to control.
