The first victim of the mass shooting in Austin, Texas, was identified on Monday.

Very early Sunday morning, Ndiaga Diagne, a 53-year-old Senegalese immigrant who was living in Pflugerville, Texas, as a naturalized citizen under Obama, opened fire and killed 3 people and wounded 14.

Authorities received a call at 1:59 am for the shooting at Buford's Bar on West Sixth Street, Austin EMS Chief Robert Luckritz said.

Three of the 14 victims who were transported to local hospitals were in critical condition.
