Newly released bodycam video is bringing fresh attention to a Palm Beach County traffic stop that went viral after a woman without a right hand was cited for allegedly holding a phone while driving.

The video shows the exchange between a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputy and Katie, an adaptive athlete and social media influencer, during a Feb. 11 stop along North Dixie Highway in Lake Worth Beach.
