He announced last Tuesday that Medicaid, as directed by President Trump, would no longer pay for change of gender surgeries for children and for hormone therapies to counteract their natural gender. 

 (During the George W. Bush/Cheney/zionist neoconservative regime, joint Israeli-US citizens held high appointments in the Defense Department, State Department, and National Security. This power over America exercised by citizens of other countries has now been provided to Turkish/US joint citizens.  How exactly is America American when citizens of foreign countries are in high US federal offices?)

The question that occurred to me is why was Medicare, a program for the health care of uninsured poor, paying with Americans' tax dollars change of gender surgeries.  In what sense is surgical change of gender a health issue?
