Brilliant: Why few women are in positions of power

Jordan Peterson - why few women are in positions of power - YouTube

My son sent this to me yesterday, which was International Women's
Day. The discussion is brilliant, direct, politically-incorrect, and
spot-on--and it took place on a college campus.  It's also fairly long,
because, to avoid being typecast as a Neanderthal male, it takes more
than sound bites to debunk the canards, nostrums, sophistry, banalities,
and tropes regarding women's rights, pay, and power.

The presenter has a great style worth emulating.

The discussion ranges from human nature in general, to the bad hand that
nature has dealt both men and women, to the role of testosterone in male
drive (and early death), to the kind of jobs men take, to the ungodly
hours that alpha males work, and to the fantastic quality of life of
most Americans today compared to how life used to be in America and how
it still is in much of the world.

My son is a 26-year-old professional and active in the dating game.
He's all for equal rights for women, stemming in part from having a
professional working mom and a dad who stayed home during his formative
years.  However, he's met feministas his age who, having been steeped in
nonsense in college and the stupid media, are profoundly ignorant,
unthinking, sophomoric, and plain ole silly about women's issues.
