Banner Ads are available in six sizes at specified page locations:
     1. 728 x 90 pixels, at the top of each page,
     2. 468 x 60 pixels, on the center column between the stories,
     3. 120 x 120 pixels, on the left column,
     4. 120 x 85 pixels  on the left column,
     5. 120 x 600 pixels, down the left column,
     6. 160 x 600 pixels  down the right column.

NEWSLETTER BANNER ADS

Banner Ads are available in six sizes in the newsletter locations:
     1. 600 x 120 pixels, at the top of the newsletter,
     2. 468 x 60 pixels, on the left column between the stories,
