The Arizona House will be debating HCM2003
“Opposing a
North American Union”
in “Committee of the Whole” on Tuesday, March 4, 1 p.m.

“Committee of the Whole” is the debate stage of the legislative process.  This is where the bill is brought to the Floor and all the Representatives debate the pros and cons of the bill.  COW is often a very interesting meeting – a chance to see your elected officials in action.  They DO vote in COW, although it’s usually not a recorded vote – it’s a voice vote.  Sometimes a legislator will call for a roll call if it’s close.

Anyone is welcome to come to the House tomorrow and watch the proceedings in the gallery.

You can also watch on the internet.  Those with Cox digital cable should always check to see what’s playing on that TV channel as well.

Please send an email to your Representatives (not Senators) asking them to please voteyes in favor of HCM2003.  Email addresses are below.

Thanks!
