The last poster was right and i have to agree with him/her

I am not really a fan of pubic enemy anyway

 The problem here Jet is that Gov. Bruce Babbit illegally "declared" a state holiday, MLK Day, via executive order.  All Gov Mecham did was (correctly) rescind Babbit's exective order and point out that by Arizona law a state holiday must be passed by the state legislature.

I know you don't agree with rule by executive order in controvention to state law.
