HHS RFK Jr basically said the Covid Vaccines are Killing People

Why were African countries not decimated with COVID? After all, they didn't have COVID vaccines.

Haiti is the poorest country in the hemisphere, with a 1.3% vaccination rate.
Haiti had 14 deaths per million.
American had 3,600 death per million — at a much higher COVID vaccination rate. 

Nigeria was the same as Haiti. But America had a 200x death rate.
