Government people are pushing The People too far. The Preamble says, "We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." In other words, Government has no authority if it is not a benefit to the people. If someone in Government attempts to harm you via his Governmental office, he is doing it personally, outside Governmental authority. If you don't like it, take him to court outside governmental authority, man to man, in a common law court of record, where the jury decides, separate from the judge.
