This approach, is ass backwards IMHO. How do you legalize a right? Government being able to "legalize" implies that it has the right to criminalize a right. Which it does not. We should recognize that every human has a right to ingest any substance, in our state Constitutions. Methamphetamine is legal BTW. Many kids in our schools are prescribed it by doctors. They just call it adderall. Love Ernest and Mark BTW. Wish I still lived in Phoenix.
