Congratulations. Isn't it sad that such a fund is necessary. The bill just passed by the legislature relative to taking DNA from any person arrested, is a perfect example of how government has overstepped its bounds. According to the Arizona Constitution, the purpose of government is to protect individual rights. Just think what Hitler could have done with a DNA base. Hopefully this new program can challenge such things.
