If any civilian was doing this type of stalking, they would have been cuffed and stuffed, if not shot down, a long time ago! This police behavior is so extremely outrageous as to warrant severe and immediate repercussions, but the Mesa Police Chief is oblivious to complaints. I recommend a state/federal police investigation...with restitution upon conviction of those thugs in uniform! Or just maybe a 40 mil antiaircraft gun!

Local police are no longer "peace officers", they are Law Enforcers---they think of themselves as being our "betters"! We are supposed to, "mind them" on demand whether they are right or wrong!
In some cases they are more ignorant of our laws than the citizenry and remember, ignorance of the law is no excuse! They've been "militarized" with Federal Dollars and even though their salaries are paid by We the People they frequently treat us with disdain; if we continue to allow ourselves to be treated in this manner maybe we deserve it....
