Really crappy report. Does not go into specifics of what the Marine was originally charged with -- what he did (I assume have a gun on campus) -- there was some reference to protest details???? All of these things happened outside the "trial." No links. Just apparently unreferenced speculation as to what occurred behind closed doors.

And yes, such University trials are shams... I sat in on one as a judge and got up and left along with another of my fellow "judges" when the University official did not like our questioning of the campus cop. That was the first and last time they experimented with students trying students for their behavior and went back to my way of the highway.
