The title of this article is very misleading. The 9th circuit ruled in favor of the county's ban on gun shows on county property. It ruled that way based on the Heller decision language carving out places where the 2nd amendment doesn't apply including sensitive places like government buildings and schools ... and now *all* county property. :(

The court upheld that while the 2nd Amendment has to be held in mind, the gov't can set forth "reasonable" restrictions, which is so open-ended as to in no way stand in the path of the advancement of prohibitionist aims.
