Sorry I was too busy forking over my earnings to the governments that month to make it to the stores. Guess you will have to raise our taxes to stimulate the economy.
I live on a small Social Security amount, too small to pay Federal taxes, but my state taxes keep going up and so do all my other expenses. I have no money left because all the unregulated utilities are charging exorbitant amounts. Also, the cost of food, pet food, and dry goods are rising quickly. For example, in a year, the price of cheap pet food went up 45%. In the winter all my SS goes to heat and electricity. It's no wonder most people are broke.
