Wow! What a statement. The people are breeding themselves into a war setting. It is true. As the nations rich or poor have less for the Middle man, the ones that are the heart and soul of the nation you will see wars, religious and resource driven with the seperation divided by race and tribe.
However the strong countries with the ability to manufactor will win. So.... instead of the cry about breeding people, a thing we can not control, we need to make sure that the USA has the industrial ability to make the tools of war.
Yeah, and polution, deforestation, the raping of the environment by the big corporations and such have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with it...
