If they can't try them and they can't release them, why not just kill them by Presidential Order?  Murder is just a little bit more wrong than "indefinite detention."  The other alternative is to make sure they live a life of luxury in detention, with cable TV, computer, conjugal visits and a large outdoor recreation area.

This administration disgusts me; they are criminals and evil fools.
