Passed by the House of Representatives with a 321-105 margin, HR 1388: the Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act, dubbed the “GIVE” act, would require the US government to develop a plan to implement a “mandatory service requirement for all able young people”.

Already males ages 18 through 25 living in the U.S. register with Selective Service to keep records in the event Congress and the President authorize a draft.  What is the purpose of the service requirement under the GIVE act?

The purpose of the GIVE act is to “To reauthorize and reform the national service laws”, specifically the National and Community Service Act of 1990.  HR 1388 reads:

HR 1388 specifically targets Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) and the National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) which Congress expects will reach 250,000 participants by 2014.  From school-based service learning programs to focusing on severely economically depressed communities

GIVE does not mean to be strong armed, robbed, taxed, fined, assaulted, banned, osctracized, incarcerated for not giving.  Giving is a voluntary act that comes from inside.  We love God and we love the image of God in our fellow brothers and sisters, we do not mandatorily force people to give to those they do not know for the redistribution of wealth according to Satan.  We give out of love for God and our brothers, sisters on earth and our personal family.  No man or government has a right to steal from me the fruits of my time, efforts or labor, no not one.  If it is wrong for me to steal from you, then it is wrong for government, a private, foreign world bankster, to dictate to me laws, that I should give to others.  This act of charity needs to be done according to internalized principles, not outside thugs, by private and voluntary means.  No government has a right to tax by force, unless you are a slave and not in a free country, which is what the US is quickly becoming.

Luk 6:38  Give, and it will be given to you; a good measure--pressed down, shaken together, and running over--will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you."

You should give according to your ability and excess, not for the sake of return, but for the sake of giving itself.  It should never be forced as God loves a cheerful giver, even He does not force you to give, and man's government does not take the place, power, authority or rights of God in His absence.
