Stimulus is boon for D.C. area contractors

I've wondered if Casa Grande AZ city govt is receiving some state or fed govt "stimulus" money since the only building I've seen taking place - in the Spring before Paul & returned to his legal residence in Canada and since Nov 2 upon our return - has been done by the city itself. The new high school had been started before the building industry went silent last Fall and construction on it was halted for several weeks. However it was completed in time to begin operation this past August. Now a substation for the Fire Dept (4th I think) and one for police has broken ground in the far northern portion of the town. An interesting local observation....
