Government spending, as defined herein, shall only be construed as programs to aid the working class and the poor such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, welfare, etc.
Thou shall never misconstrue said freeze to apply to warmongering, bank bailouts, tax cuts for the rich, etc.
