Sorry, but de facto slavery of Mexicans in the U.S. is caused by the failure of the U.S. to recognize Mexico as a failed country and incorporate its territory as 10+ new states, instead deciding to perpetuate the de facto apartheid erected in 1848 along with all of its evils and injustices.
