The W4 form is voluntary for a US citizen. There is no law or code that says you must fill it out, By code it is a voluntary act. The IRS has the employers brainwashed into believing you must fill it out or they can not hire you. Unless you have a business or income from an investment you have no taxable income. Your employer has no legal right to take money from your pay with out a court order. A court order from child support is not legal as you were not served with paperwork to defend yourself in court.Same with an attachment by the IRS or state tax.
