There is a very important point to remember in all this. It is a point that virtually all the people forget. Here it is. Nobody in Government is forced to hold a Government office. All people in Government hold office voluntarily. Why is this important? Here's why. In all cases where a government official injures you, it is NOT the Government doing it. It is the man/woman doing it. Bring your suit against the man/woman. They have no excuse for harming you, a man/woman. They could resign rather than harming you. After all, the Preamble says that Government is supposed to be a benefit to you. If you are harmed by a man or woman in Government, they have acted outside of their Governmental duties. Take them down personally, in a common law court of record.
