No one can be born a citizen.  It is impossible to born into servitude or in a map.  These United States exist in theory only and people are born in reality.  Even if you do believe in parchment idolatry go look up The Law of Nations and Citizenship.  Ones father's nationality gives a child the right to claim citizenship of the country of their father, but does not place citizenship on the child.  Citizenship must be claimed by the individual as it is a form of legal servitude.  For you parchment idolaters read the 13th amendment you know the one before the 14th.  Both of these ink lines on paper were written by the same men.  Wake up slaves your plantation is not a kingdom even if you can choose between picking cotton or corn.
