• USA TodayDiop Kamau's home in a leafy, gated community just north of town is not easy to find — for good reason. For more than 2 decades, the 52-year-old former Calif. police officer has made a living embarrassing cops with a video camera.
This article is horrible and government propaganda....it was meant to shape people to think that individuals with video cameras are trying to make a living embarrassing cops with a video camera.
