No inconvenient warrant required.
No nurse or doctor either, they just have the cop try to stick that needle in your vein. Have plenty of straps on the chair to hold you down if you refuse.
Oh, you do have the Right to refuse. You lose your license for a year. Your insurance is canceled and you are essentially convicted of DUI. Oh, and they still strap you down and take your blood.
Arizona voters have the ability to make driving a limited Constitutional 'right', with whatever protections against official abuse they wished - IF they were to get off their dead lazy ass.
