So I am not exactly sure what the message of this article is supposed to convey. I understand that freedom's phoenix is a libertarian oriented website so my thought is that it would support any effort to get rid of public schooling. I know that the article originated at a "progressive" website so I am not surprised that the article's focus is on how terrible it is that Emmanuel wants to privatize the schools to some degree. What I don't understand is why the article is on Freedom's Phoenix as is, with no editorical comments of any kind. Is Freedom's Phoenix officially for or against public education? I am confused.
