Please allow me to add one more lesson,
The universal laws work with mathematical precision without fail.
It has been an atrocity and injustice that has gone out of control, but things are starting to turn. The injustices are soon to be righted and the universal laws are in progress.
The decision of this judge, (Administrative Hearing officer, Aho) will determine and tell how moral & honorable he really is. Only a blind fool or demented mind set would make the obvious wrong call unless some one was getting a big pay check in the end.

This whole thing is about money control for tax purposes. You can get out from paying taxes legally, but it isn't as easy to live if you do. Yet, as SA says in his comment, below, things are changing.
