Sounds like the same problem that Government and the banking industry has. They don't want to live on a simple diet of income taxes. They want to suck as much out of the people as they can. The tide of people waking up is rolling in on Gov and the banks. So, they need to blah, blah, blah just the right amount to sell their baloney. If they holler too loudly, their schemes just might come crashing in on them.
