If Obama WAS born in Hawaii, why would he say something like Powell just brought up, below? Because he a liar. Even when he tells the truth, he is lying, because he is acting outside his nature.

Who knows for sure why he lies? One thing is certain. The more he blatantly lies, with the people knowing that he lies, and gets away with it, the more he solidifies his strength. And the less is the focus on the Congress who could do something about him in a minute if they really wanted.

 According to the laws of the U.S., if your mother is a U.S. citizen and your parents are legally married, it does not matter if your father is from a foreign country or even if you were born in a foreign country--you are still an American citizen.  Otherwise, every pregnant woman would be afraid to travel (and John McCain wouldn't be a citizen either).  So all this crap about forged birth certificates proves how many people are completely stupid and don't bother to actually learn facts.

Sorry, but it's too early to pontificate one way or the other about Obama. One thing for sure, there's a massive coverup of his past run right out of the White House. If Obama truly WAS born in Hawaii, OF parents who were citizens of the US, then he is more of a US citizen than most of the rest of us. Why? Because Alaska and Hawaii became States AFTER the D.C. Corporation that took over from the Trust United States of America was set in place. They are de-facto States, and not really States at all, because the de-facto US does not have the authority of the de-jure US to make the same kind of States and the original Trust United States of America. The de-facto states of Alaska and Hawaii are de-facto property of the de-facto D.C Corporation. They are NOT free, sovereign States like the rest of the States. In other words, they are still territories, even though Corp. D.C. calls them States. So, Obama was possibly born in the US more than those of us who were born in the contiguous 48 States that are sovereign, separate entities from the D.C. de-facto United States.

The irregularity(s) in the birth certificate are of little concern to the American people.  The man is a liar, and a thief.  He is treasonous in so many functions that it makes little if any difference where he was born.  The fact that he hides every aspect of his life, education, and preferences is sufficient to have his sorry butt thrown in prison for the remainder of his life.

Seems to me that if Ernie had not published Renzulli's article, there would have been little discussion. Even if Renzulli or someone else had gotten an article published here, stating in good form exactly the opposite of what Renzulli stated, the comments would have been far fewer.

Sometimes, if only to test the attitudes and consensus of the people, we need to see some of the opposing points of view. I accept Ernie's publishing of this article. This doesn't mean that I agree with what the article says.

Sharon, there are 2 problems with your argument. 1st, the father was NOT a citizen, therefore in order to confer citizenship, the mother had to be a certain age in order to confer a NATURAL-BORN citizenhip on BO. She failed that date by about 4 months! 2nd if he was indeed adopted by the Indonesian father, and his citizenship conferred to Indonesia, he then lost his US citizenship, because the US DOES NOT  recognize dual citizenship, and certainly did not at that time!

3rd, the vasrious PDFs of his birth certificates have all been doctored and are completely fraudulent! That has been proven by document experts on several occasions. Lastly, even if he is a "natural born" citizen, which I do not believe he is, he has committed enough illegal activities as to be eligible to be tried on high crimes and misdomeanors. And so, should be impeached from office, and then tried on the crimes of social security fraauuds, and impersonating a citizen of the US! Jail time is too good for that piece of crap Commuist asshole!

The problem runs a lot deeper. The States should be recalling and/or impeaching their Senators and Congressmen for not impeaching the President. But where is State Government on this issue? And why are the people not demanding their States do something? Perhaps the people don't care. Or, maybe they don't know what to do. Or has legal form in America gone so far down the tubes that the people CAN'T do anything meaningful along these lines?
