Nor should he. This facade of maintaining America's economic health is just more looting---in this case, of the lenders with promises that the "investment" will be paid back with interest by the unborn.  The debt limit is just a self imposed credit card limit.  And since those who self impose it can raise it---it is raised and in never shrinking fashion.
