First, notice that the "City" is upholding and condoning the conduct by LE (law enforcement). Gotta get to the root, the City, whomever that might be.

Next, as this kind of thing starts happening more and more, EVERYBODY is going to start setting up sentries that cannot easily be thwarted by LE - alarm systems / video surveillance / live sentries. As it is now, we have become so accustomed to a reasonable peaceful life, that we don't expect something like this to happen.

As this happens more and more, average people are going to be uniting in special "block watches" against Government terrorists like SWAT. It's going to become block-watch-military against City military.

Time to recognize that we need to investigate the exact limitations that any City has placed on their LE. And if we don't like it, use whatever means available to unite and get them to change policy.

There can't be enough enough payment to folks like the Johnsons to appease Government terrorism that they had to go through. Consider, if they had a pet doberman, it would have been murdered by LE.
