Home schooling may be easier and less time-consuming than you would think. You don't need to provide 5 or 6 hours of daily instruction like public schools. The one-on-one instruction is of higher quality and requires less time and you can teach at the child's pace. My daughter had home instruction for 3 hours per week her last two years of high school and tested at and above college level after she graduated.
