Ranch Owner: Scalia Found Dead With a 'Pillow Over His Head'
• Truth In MediaJohn Poindexter, the owner of the Cibolo Creek Ranch: "We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled." Scalia's death certificate will say he died of a heart attack, and "no autopsy was necessary."
If Scalia were suffocated with a pillow it would not be left over his face to be found. Of course the pillow could be a distraction so no medical examiner would look for injection marks. But I do know this. Cause of death can not be attributed to a coronary event without an autopsy.
