Ernie, You were at the LPC, could you talk in greater detail about the process that allowed/enabled this guy to get on the Libertarian ticket? I thought it was bad enough before, but now it's down right insulting to have him associated with anything even remotely deemed Libertarian.

All collectives act collectively to support the collective. The Libertarian PARTY is such a collective. They will argue for and participate in the collection of Federal Matching Funds (Political Welfare) and argue that they need such funds to publicly advocate for the elimination of Social and Economic Welfare Programs etc. Bill Weld gave them a view of "real" money with the gatherings of billionaires. The promise of 'Party Building' with ship loads of cash helped grease his way into the nomination process and Gary Johnson begging the convention to give him Weld for the opportunity to use his contacts to get into the national POTUS debates. Bill Weld was elected with 50.something percent, and Johnson and the majority of LP Party leadership got what they wanted... "a promise of money and respect" (laughable then, and especially now). That enough? :)

Thanks Ernie! Although, I was just thinking you'd tell an enthusiastic/passionate story (during one of your shows) of what you saw while you were there. I listened to your shows from when you returned from the LPC and no that you spoke to this issue. I guess I was just looking for a re-hash in light of this latest to help solidify how poorly that decision went. :-)
